Why won't people recognize that The Miz actually started from the very bottom and worked his way up to the top?

Miz's ringwork has improved dramatically over the past year and a half. His mic skills have always been good, and he's a natural heel. He put it all together last year, and now he's crazy over, and can really do no wrong.
