What should i do...10 pts?

on monday i pulled a muscle in my right shoulder so i started working out with my left arm and now i think i have golfers elbow on my left arm because when ever i bend it , it starts to hurt . When ever i workout anything my arms hurt. IE= like my legs and abs because i have to hold on too stuff. even running hurts my arms. today my right shoulder doesn't hurt but when i lift it i feel pressure on it.my golfers elbow can now be bent more before it starts hurting.I think i should completlty stop working out for a week or two, but i don't want all my muscle to start shrinking and fat start covering .should i still eat protein powder and eat the same food. what should i do? PLEASE HELP, PLEASE!!
