What does it mean when your enraged or very angry you struggle to ert yourself or have effective verbal?

I am 32 and totally the same way! Its something I struggle with daily. I am sick and tired of bullies and especially of religious bullies who love to use their beliefs to justify their crappy treatment toward you. All I try to to is try to let it go and not give a crap what they think. It does not always work for me because I become so enraged. Its like I just want to harm that person who will not leave me alone. I try to remind myself they are the crazy ones.
