My 10 mth old Shipoo hasn't eaten all day, has been sleeping allot and wont drink water. HELP!!?

Shes been laying around all day not being her normal active self. The vet doesn't open until 9 tomorrow. She got into the trash two days ago and since has puked twice, the first time white stuff foamy, and the second time yesterday I caught her eating my pansy plant and some dirt. She puked it up after. What should I do, I took her a bath and tried to get her to eat and drink water but she wont. She looks very sad. And I'm scared.
