Does anyone have any information regarding goats as pets?

I had 3 goats as pets on 6 acres with some horses , a llama, 2 sheep. I found my goats and everything but the horses from a local petting zoo that traveled from event to event. They'd been around a long time and in the fall they get rid of older stock so they have room for the babies for the next yr. It was a package deal. All in excellent health. Those darn goats acted like dogs. Came when called, etc. I loved having them. I never noticed odor. They were outside during the day, and in the barn at night cause of coyotes. It was a great time!
