Physics question about lenses. When don't you see an image on the screen? Something with the focal?

the time you dont see the image on the screen is when you shut ur eyes because physics wont allow your vision to see through ur eyelids, if you open ur eyes you will be able to see the image somewhat clearly. tell me how this works out for you, if you have any other questions i can help ^.^
