Does anyone know of any "Adventures of Lois and Clark" episodes where Clark/Superman gets choked by anyone?

I already know of "Metallo" and "Ultra Woman." Also, if you know of any good choke scenes from Mutant X with Brennan (only Brennan please) I would appreciate that too.
