HELP MY XBOX 360 IS GOING CRAZY!?

For the past few months my xbox 360 has been acting up. Whenever i put in a videogame it reads it as a dvd. And it isnt till after i open and close about 10 times until the game finally loads. Has anyone experienced something like this? If so can anyone give me any advice on how to fix it or what to do?
