College Acceptance Chances @ Tier 1 schools?

I have a 3.4 GPA non weighted, scored 1800 on SAT's(i plan on retaking them bc that was only my first time), play 3 varsity sports. I am co-president of student to student which is an organization that helps people in third world countries, President of student council, student rep. to the school board. Awarded best delegate at Penn Model Congress, member of the National Honors Society and i have the most rigorous academic schedule of any one in my cl, of which i'm ranked 45 out of 170. And I have over a 100 hours of community service in workin for a non-profit organization. And I earned a 4 on my AP Biology test. Im looking to study bio/Pre-med at either Tufts, NYU, Johns Hopkins, Connecticut College. What do you think my chances are?
