Why does my phone keep resetting?

My phone, its 2 days old. I'll be texting and it will just randomly reset. Also when i hit reply sometimes it will send me back to the wallpaper screen then delay 3 seconds more and then bring up the reply screen. Its the Casio Brigade. I havent had it more than 2 days.
