What shall I do about this rental dilemma?

ok, i hate people very much and i can not live with them so i live in my own house and still neighbors (which are far away)annoy me. anyway, back to your problem - if i moved somewhere where i knew there were neighbors it would NEVER occur to me to start banging on walls hanging pictures. this is plain rude - they can put pictures tomorrow. and if i were u i wouldn�t be a friend to them - they re not nice people. u become friendly they will sit on your neck. come to their door and tell them to stop banging on walls. and also tell them if their dog is ever on your property u re gonna call animal control and it taken away. also u must take care that your cat doesn�t get onto their property cos if their dog kills your cat on their property - u can do nothing.
