Speaking from experience, If you could pick one city to live in during your 20s what would it be? Why?

I want a place that's sunny, clean, warm, friendly, lots of other people in their 20s, has walkable areas, always has stuff going on, etc. I don't like San Fran or NYC. What cities would you recommend, and why?
