In the state of Texas, is there a law governing the sale of liquor gift baskets?

I checked the TABC web site but couldn't find anything on the sale of gift baskets containing liquor. I would like to start making my own gift baskets (using different liquors that I purchase from a TABC certificated liquor store) and selling them (locally, of course... no out of state) but I'm not sure what the legalities are on something like this. No store front, just market through craigslist, first monday trade days, thru friends and word of mouth... that type of thing.
