I need some ideas for a newsletter(:?

Ok for work every month i make a new newsletter. I work at a real estate office so in the newsletter I show some new houses on the market but i always have a them. So for june my theme is summer. I need more ideas of what to put on there. I always do a recipe, and then some fun facts about summer or a holiday and i wanna do something new. any ideas?
