I Have had red puss filled spots in my pubic area for some time now and i dont know what it is.?

There are no spots on my , just mainly in the pubic area between my belly on and my . I am ually active with my girlfriend and we always use protection. i have a feeling it could be from irritation from my girlfriends pubic hair. or from a time i used a electric razor to trim about down there or from lubricant or i dunno what it could be. they are not painful please give me suggestions!!!
