Has anyone expierienced pelvic pain while on birth control pills?

i've been taking yasmin for the last two months and towards the end of the second week of pills i expierience a sort of dull ache in my pelvic area (on the inside) after standing up (sometimes sharp pain). then it stops after about 2 days and starts back up just 2, 3 days before my period starts (end of week 3 pills). has this happened to anyone else? im on yasmin btw? is this normal? what could it be?
