Where Can I Hold A Fundraising Concert?

My friend and I are co-captains of a big bike team for heart and stroke research and want to organize a concert for local bands. The following cities close to us where we can have it are: Newmarket, Barrie, Bolton, Orangeville, & Toronto. We are wondering where we could hold this for little to no cost? Would community centers consider not charging use of a hall if it's for a good cause? Anyone with ideas? HELP!
