Where can i get a loan to consolidate my small loans ?

i have about 5 small loans that at are about $5,000.00 and a citifinancial loan about $4,000.00. i tried getting a loan through state employees credit union, but they denied me due to the fact that small loans lower you credit score.not that my credit is any good i do have a repo from 3-4yrs ago. is there any where that i can go or call to get a loan to consolidate all there loans????
