What should I have done?

OK, so today at 4 pm in Delhi ( capital of india) I was going 2 my tuition cles by foot , wearing a blue jeans and a pink and white stripes top which was almost till half of my thighs. i was in search of a rickshaw ( an easy and cheap mode of transport) i was surrounded by apartments in all directions.Though the road was empty. Suddenly I saw a gang of 4 - 5 youngsters coming on the road to my right.I increased my speed slightly and completely ignored them.I slowed down on hearing some loud noises and a few whistles on my back but i kept walking until 2 small stones were thrown on my legs. I turned,shocked, the ruffians were going on the other road , 1 or 2 looked at me I didn't know what 2 do. Should i shout that my father's in police 9 though he isn't )stupidly, I took my mobile out of my bag with numb fingers and pretended 2 talk with someone i thought that they would think that i was calling the police ( no need 2 tell that i am a moron) but they didn't care. I forgot it all by the time i was in my tuition clases. But on reaching home, i went 2 bed early and secretily wept. my mother realised that something was wrong & i puked out everything . She asked whther she could accompany me 2morrow. I said no!I have kept a bottle of chilli powder in my bag ( again no need 2 tell that i am a moron). but what sud i have dont 2day and if i meet them 2morrow then what should i do???
