Trouble paying credit card bills - What to do?

Unfortunately I am unemployed for quite a few months now and am having trouble finding a job. Please for you people out there who are going to say to work at a fast food restaurant if I could I would, but I have 2 daughters (4 yrs & 1 month) and the price of daycare compared to the price I would get paid there would cost me more to work, I already looked into it. My husband works as much as he can, 2 jobs, OT whatever he can do he does. My question is I have some credit card bills that I am struggling to pay and called them and they were nice enough to defer some payments and to not charge interest & lowered my monthly payment for 12 months. I have one credit card (actually an installment loan) from Capital One that will NOT work with me . I was able to pay the payment without a problem while employed, but now there is no way I can make the entire payment. I feel like my only option is NOT to pay since I don't have the money. If I had it I would pay. I have gone through all of my savings & can't afford it. What other options do I have since they are not willing to work with me?
