Is it possible to be more lame than GW Bush?

According to Warren Buffett, the so-called stimulus package is like a half tablet of Viagra mixed with all sorts of candies (i.e. every Congressperson's own local interests, porks, ...) and it has no way to stimulate anything. Now we know how American legislature branch works. It does not work for Americans like you and me but for their own interests. Shame on all those corrupted politicians!
