Guy's point of view on this one...?

There's something that's keeping him from asking you out....could be he's with someone. He may think flirting is safe enough. Please don't allow yourself to get emotionally involved anymore than you may be until you find out the complete truth. Either you ask him directly if he's single or just start creating a distance.
