Does taxation stimulate the economy or does it depress the economy?

Depress but you cant tell the liberals that they want more money and they never earn it they steal other peoples money either with a gun in the city or thru taxes...odd how they keep pointing a finger at GW saying how his tax cut hurt...YET...under him we har RECORD LOW unemployment
