Can I still get Pregnant?

Can Someone please tell me if you can still get pregnant 3 weeks after a mans vasectomy? Is it even common? My husband just had a vasectomy 3 weeks ago and we have not been using protection and any other method. I just really want to know if it is likely for a woman to get pregnant after 3 weeks of a mans vasectomy and is it common at all.
